The Arden Photonics MPX-1A Encircled Flux Meter provides real-time, semi-automated measurement of encircled flux at 850 nm for evaluating multimode fiber optic network solutions and verifying compliance with industry standards. Designed for repeatability and ease of use, the MPX-1A helps ensure accurate characterization of modal launch conditions for fiber optic testing applications.

Simply connect your source and patch cord, and the system automatically measures modal launch conditions in real time. Advanced CMOS imaging technology enables fast, accurate measurements, while integrated auto-focus and auto-exposure functions provide consistent, repeatable results with minimal operator intervention.
