The AFL 100R Mass Fusion Splicer is engineered to overcome the unique splicing challenges of rollable ribbon fiber in today’s high-density fiber networks. Featuring Intelligent Alignment Control, the 100R automatically corrects fiber seating, end-face gaps, and axis alignment across up to 16 fibers simultaneously to deliver consistently low, uniform splice loss. By reducing operator dependency and improving splice repeatability, the 100R helps ensure reliable, low-loss connections in demanding data center, hyperscale, metro, and long-haul network environments. This model does not come with bluetooth.

The CT60 Fiber Cleaver is designed to support both single and ribbon fibers, delivering consistent cleave quality with minimal maintenance and impressive blade life of up to 60,000 cleaves. The RS01 Thermal Fiber Stripper provides clean, precise fiber coating removal for both single- and multi-fiber applications while helping reduce the risk of fiber damage during preparation. Its fast 3-second heating time helps improve productivity in high-density ribbon splicing environments. When paired with the 100R Fiber Optic Splicer, these tools help optimize high-density ribbon fiber splicing operations.
