The AFL 100R Mass Fusion Splicer is engineered to overcome the unique splicing challenges of rollable ribbon fiber in today’s high-density fiber networks. Featuring Intelligent Alignment Control, the 100R automatically corrects fiber seating, end-face gaps, and axis alignment across up to 16 fibers simultaneously to deliver consistently low, uniform splice loss. By reducing operator dependency and improving splice repeatability, the 100R helps ensure reliable, low-loss connections in demanding data center, hyperscale, metro, and long-haul network environments.

The SpliceReady Kit expands the standard 100R package with specialized 200 µm ribbon fiber accessories, cleaning supplies, and fiber alignment tools required for preparing, handling, and splicing high-density ribbon fiber cables in modern data center and telecom environments.
