AFL RT-02 Ribbonizing Tool for 200µm and 250µm Fibers

The AFL RT-02 Ribbonizing Tool from Fujikura is the first universal fiber ribbonizing tool on the market designed to form a temporary ribbon from loose 200 µm or 250 µm fibers. It is also the first tool to feature a glue-less process for ribbonizing and splicing 12-fiber ribbons, eliminating cure time and preventing contamination of splicing equipment. This saves time and reduces operating costs.

To use, simply select the appropriate fiber holder and load the loose fibers, no color code sequence is required. The RT-02 enables the benefits of mass fusion splicing for modern loose fiber micro cables.
