Amphenol ST® Connector, Multimode, 231µm (micron) Stainless Steel Ferrule, Metal Body, 900µm & 3mm Black Boot

953-106-50231

Amphenol Multimode ST Connector, Metal Body, 303 Stainless Steel Flat Ferrule 231um (+10% / -0) Nominal Hole Size, 900um and 3mm Black Strain Relief Boot. Replaces part number 953-102-5303
The Amphenol Standard ST® Connector (Straight Tip) features a secure bayonet fiber optic connector (BFOC) with a push-to-turn locking mechanism that ensures positive engagement while preventing overtightening and fiber face damage. Compatible with large-core fibers, this ST fiber connector is commonly used in applications such as temperature, pressure, and semiconductor test connectors, medical devices (non-MRI), and the semiconductor industry. It is also utilized in power transformers, EV testing, instrumentation, and high-voltage temperature measurement systems.

The multimode ST Connector has a zinc die cast and nickel-plated body and a stainless steel ferrule. A black strain relief boot is included to provide added protection for fiber optic cables.

Features:
  • STII connector body is zinc die-cast and nickel-plated for strength and corrosion resistance.
  • High-precision zirconia ferrules reduce insertion and return loss.
  • Durability: < 0.2dB change, 500 Mating Cycles
Specifications:
  • Ferrule Size/Tolerance: 231µm (+10/-0 µm)
  • Ferrule Material: Stainless Steel
  • Body Material: Zinc Die Cast and Nickel Plated
  • Nut Material: Zinc Die Cast and Nickel Plated
