ÅngströmBond^® AB9123 High Temperature Epoxy, Heat Cure (8oz)

The ÅngströmBond^® 9123 is a very quick curing, high temperature fiber optic connector epoxy. This low viscosity epoxy system produces a very high-strength bond for glass, metal, ceramics and most plastics. This epoxy utilizes the most popular chemistries used for terminating connectors. Available in a 8 oz kit.

• Shore D Hardness: 80-88
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 95°C-120°C (degree celsius); Tg: 203°F-248°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): Below Tg: 126 ppm/°C; Above Tg: 171 ppm/°C;
• Operating Temperature Range: -60°C to 175°C; -67°F to 302°F

Handling Characteristics:

• Working Life: 3-4 Hours
• Minimum Cure Schedule:
  • @100°C - 5 Minutes
  • @120°C - 2 Minutes
  • @150°C - 1 Minute
