ÅngströmBond® AB2902 Electrically & Thermally Conductive Silver Epoxy, Room Temperature & Heat Cure (2.5g)

The ÅngströmBond® AB2902 is an electrically conductive epoxy and thermally conductive, low outgassing adhesive. This two-component, silver-filled epoxy is designed for applications requiring reliable electrical conductivity and efficient heat dissipation. It meets NASA outgassing requirements per ASTM E-595. Available in a 2.5g packet.

Handling Characteristics:

• Mix Ratio by Weight, Resin to Hardener:  100/6
• Pot Life @ 25°C: 3 hours
• Minimum Cure Schedule by DSC:
  • @ 25°C - 24 hours
  • @ 80°C - 3 hours

NASA Outgassing (ASTM E-595)

• Cured for 3 hours @ 80°C
  • TML (Total Mass Loss): 0.47%
  • CVCM (Collected Volatile Condensable Material): 0.01%
  • WVR (Water Vapor Regain): 0.12%
