    The ÅngströmBond® AB9028MV is a medium viscosity, UV-cure adhesive with a very high glass transition temperature. This epoxy-based polymer has very low shrinkage, making it an excellent choice for bonding optical fibers into V-grooves. Its a superior bonding optical adhesive to both glass and metal, making it ideal for high humidity environments and hermetic sealing applications. Available in a 3cc manual syringe.

    • Mixed Viscosity @ 25°C: 4,000 cPs
    • Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 170°C (degree celsius); Tg: 338°F (degree Fahrenheit)
    • Shore D Hardness: 95
    • Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): Below Tg: 40 x 10-6 in/in°C; Above Tg: 82 x 10-6 in/in°C
    • Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to 200°C; -67°F to 392°F
    • Refractive index: 1.578
    Handling Characteristics:
    • Cure Schedule: 150 mW/cm2 - 30-50 sec @300 to 500 nm
