The ÅngströmBond® AB9590 Thermally Conductive Epoxy is a two-component, high-performance epoxy adhesive and potting compound. This room-temperature curing adhesive is designed for use in applications that require a flexible material for sensitive or fragile components or fine electrical wires. The AB9590 epoxy has a low mixed viscosity for ease of potting or brushing.
