    The ÅngströmBond® AB9590 Thermally Conductive Epoxy is a two-component, high-performance epoxy adhesive and potting compound. This room-temperature curing adhesive is designed for use in applications that require a flexible material for sensitive or fragile components or fine electrical wires. The AB9590 epoxy has a low mixed viscosity for ease of potting or brushing.

    • Viscosity: 30,000 cps
    • Shore A Hardness: <80
    • Operating Temperature Range: -20°C to 100°C (degree celsius); -4°F to 212°F (degree Fahrenheit)
    • Thermal Conductivity: 0.946W/m°K (watts per meter-Kelvin)
    Handling Characteristics:
    • Working time @ 25°C (77°F): 45 minutes
    • Epoxy Curing Schedule:
      • 80% strength – 16 hours @ 25°C
