The ÅngströmBond® AB2902 is an electrically conductive epoxy and thermally conductive, low outgassing adhesive. This two-component, silver-filled epoxy is designed for applications requiring reliable electrical conductivity and efficient heat dissipation. It meets NASA outgassing requirements per ASTM E-595. Available in an 8-oz packet.
