The ÅngströmBrush® Ultimas-F SiOx Flock Pile Lapping Film is designed to consistently polish irregular glass surfaces to a mirror finish, time after time. This cutting-edge flock is the latest generation of final polishing materials for MT fiber optic polishing. Compared to the traditional Cerium Oxide final polishing flock, the Ultimas-F Silicon Dioxide flock cleaning lapping film offers a superior fiber end-face finish with less scratching and reduced Core Dip, particularly in Multimode products.
The 5" disc is compatible with the Domaille APM-HDC-xxxx Series, Seikoh Giken SFP-5XX Series, and Ultra Tec UT-8812 or UT-8808 Polishing Machines.
