The Covestro Cablelite® COV-950-706 Optical Fiber Coating is a proven matrix material for producing optical fiber ribbons. This fast-cure coating provides excellent processing viscosity and yields superior breakout when used with UV-curable inked fibers. The versatility of this material for various ribbon designs is unsurpassed. The 950-706 is the industry standard for optical fiber ribboning. Available in a 10 kg bottle.
Cablelite materials are ideal for various loose tube and ribbon designs, including subunit ribbon designs. These optical coatings offer very low water sensitivity and excellent low-temperature performance. Liquid Coating Characteristics
