Domaille AbraSave® 12-Port 8° (degree) MT Connector Polishing Fixture

PFC-MT-EZR8-12

Domaille ABRASAVE/Concentric MT 8º 12-Port Polishing Fixture (Toolless Design)
The Domaille PFC-MT-EZR8-12 AbraSave® Concentric Polishing Fixture is engineered for use with all Domaille polishing machines and the OptiSpec® DE8880 Inspection Microscope. It securely holds MT connectors during the fiber optic polishing and inspection process, ensuring precision and repeatability.

Featuring the MT-EZR Rapid Clamp, this fixture reduces loading time while minimizing protrusion height variation. The result: higher yields, extended polishing film life, and improved overall efficiency.

With AbraSave® fixtures and Unique Path Technology, each fiber follows its own independent path across the lapping film. This reduces polishing time by up to 50% and extends the lifespan of lapping films by up to 90%, delivering consistent results and lower consumable costs.

Features:

  • Design: 12-port fixture
  • Compatibility: MT connectors
  • Polishing Angle: 8°
  • Machine Compatibility: All Domaille polishing machines
  • MT-EZR Rapid Clamp for fast, efficient loading
  • Tool-free maintenance and replacement for reduced downtime and cost savings
  • Circumferential clamping surface eliminates ferrule distortion during polishing
