Domaille Engineering Universal Cure Oven with MT 24-position horizontal carrier tray (CO15001). 110V/120V
The Domaille Engineering CO-6700 Universal Epoxy Cure Oven(110V/120V) with MT 24-position Horizontal Carrier Tray and a high-resolution 320x240 color user interface, allows more control of your curing processes. Designed to maximize productivity when curing epoxy on single and multi-fiber connectors. It utilizes a modular carrier tray for efficient assembly and loading of up to 24 MT connectors or 48 single fiber connectors (FC, SC, ST, and LC) per batch. The CO-6700 cure oven is compatible with DE Data Link™ smart factory software which provides real-time remote monitoring of your entire production line.

The oven allows for 3 modes of curing operations to be set at the Main Menu screen: Temperature Hold mode, Timed mode and Step & Ramp mode. In addition, the “Timed” mode can be run in either “Single Timer” or “Twin Timer” modes of operation. The Timer mode allows the oven to gradually increase to a selected temperature, maintain the temperature for a selected operating time, and then gradually decrease to room temperature by shutting off power to the heating element. The “Temperature Hold” mode maintains the curing oven at a constant selected temperature indefinitely. “Step & Ramp” mode allows the user to program up to a 7-step program for more advanced heating profile requirements.
