The Domaille Engineering CO-6700 Universal Epoxy Curing Oven (110V/120V), featuring a 48-position Vertical Tray for Molex Sleeves and a high-resolution 320x240 color user interface, provides enhanced control over your epoxy curing processes. This oven is designed to maximize productivity when curing epoxy on both single and multi-fiber connectors. Its modular carrier tray efficiently assembles and loads up to 24 MT fiber optic connectors or 48 single fiber optic connectors (FC, SC, ST, and LC) per batch.
Compatible with DE Data Link™ smart factory software, the CO-6700 epoxy cure oven offers real-time remote monitoring of your entire production line.
The oven offers three curing operation modes:
Timer Mode: The oven gradually increases to a selected temperature, maintains it for a set duration, and then gradually cools to room temperature by shutting off the heating element.
Temperature Hold Mode: This mode maintains the oven at a constant selected temperature indefinitely.
Step & Ramp Mode: Allows the user to program up to a 7-step program for more advanced heating profile requirements.
