The Domaille Square Plate Height Setting Fixture with 0.020 inch Protrusion is designed to set the correct ferrule height in fiber optic polishing. With a 0.020” protrusion, it’s ideal for smaller diameter ferrules (1.0mm, 1.6mm, 1.25mm, etc.) and is commonly used for PC (Physical Contact) polishing. This fixture works well with flat polishing, especially when using a glass pad.
The square height-setting fixture is compatible with Domaille cam-lock plates and is designed for use with Seikoh Giken SFP-550 and SFP-560 polishing machines. It helps set the ferrule height before loading the polishing fixture onto the machine.
