The Dymax 2000-EC UV Epoxy Curing Flood Lamp System is designed for general-purpose, low-intensity curing of UV epoxy, adhesives, coatings, and inks. This UV curing lamp effectively limits output energy to longwave (UVA), the worker-friendly portion of the spectrum. With a 64-square-inch curing area, the 2000-EC Series UV (ultraviolet) floodlights are ideal for laboratory production and large-batch processing.
The Light Shield is designed to protect operators from UV and visible light while ensuring clear visibility of curing parts. As part of the flood lamp light-curing system, these shields offer 360° protection, allowing operators to safely observe the curing process.
The Zip™ Shutter allows the flood lamp to stay on continuously, eliminating the warm-up period needed each time the lamp is turned on and preventing the negative effects that repeatedly turning on and off the lamp has on the bulb. It enhances operator safety by preventing exposure to UV and allows for precise control of exposure times.
