The Dymax 5000-EC UV Epoxy Curing Flood Lamp System is designed for high-intensity, rapid UV curing of epoxy, adhesives, coatings, and inks. The 5000-EC UV curing lamp is ideal for processes requiring concentrated, higher-intensity UV light in a narrow 5" x 5" area. These UV (ultraviolet) flood lamps deliver focused light primarily in the UV-A range (320-390 nm wavelength) to achieve maximum cure depths and "tack-free" results, typically within 10-30 seconds.
The Mounting Stand is lightweight and securely holds light-curing lamps in place for benchtop curing applications. The mounting stands can also be paired with 3-sided acrylic shields to protect users from LED or UV/Visible light while allowing clear visibility of curing parts.
