The Dymax BlueWave® 200 UV Epoxy Curing Spot Lamp version 3.1 is a high-intensity, light-curing system designed for spot-curing epoxies, adhesives, coatings, and encapsulants. This unit emits energy in the UVA and visible spectrum (300-450 nm), making it ideal for both manual and automated processes. The system features an integral shutter actuated by a foot pedal or PLC and a universal power input for consistent performance at any voltage.
The BlueWave® 200 V3.1's faceplate design includes an operator-friendly interface with an easy-to-read LCD display and patented intensity adjustment control. This feature is crucial for validating and maintaining the appropriate intensity range during production. Intensity measurement is simple with the Dymax ACCU-CAL™ 50 UV radiometer, ensuring accurate readings taken through the light guide in the actual production setting. Scheduled measurements during the production process help determine if intensity adjustments are needed.
