The Dymax BlueWave® FX-125 High Intensity LED Epoxy Curing Flood System (365nm) delivers true, high-irradiance LED light, ensuring optimal speed, depth, and fullness of cure from the Dymax RediCure® LED Emitter. Designed for users requiring flood epoxy curing systems for large areas, this unit combines 1.7 W/cm² intensity with a 5” x 5” (127 mm x 127 mm) curing area and high uniformity to achieve superior curing results.

The system features an easy-to-use control platform with a 7” touch screen and an intuitive interface. It can be activated, controlled, and remotely monitored by PLC, allowing for stored programs and parameters for repeatable processes. The controller continuously monitors the health of the emitters and the system, reporting faults directly to the screen. Additionally, a single controller can operate up to two emitters, saving both cost and space during installation.
