The EPO-TEK® 302-3M High-Temperature Optical Epoxy is a two-component, high Tg epoxy designed for semiconductor packaging in medical, fiber optic, and optoelectronic assemblies. It provides electrical and thermal insulation. Recommended Cure: 150°C for 1 Hour (302°F).
