EPO-TEK® 354-2 Fiber Optic Epoxy, Heat Cure, 2-Part Epoxy, 4 Gram Packet
The EPO-TEK® 354-2 High-Temperature Optical Epoxy is a two-component, high Tg epoxy designed for semiconductor packaging in medical, fiber optic, and optoelectronic assemblies. It provides electrical and thermal insulation. Recommended Cure: 150°C for 1 Hour (302°F).
