EPO-TEK® 323LP High Temperature Epoxy, Heat Cure (15g)

EPO-TEK® 323LP Epoxy is a two component, high temperature epoxy designed for semiconductor, hybrid, fiber, optical and medical applications. It is a longer pot life alternative of OP-TEK 353ND. Extended Pot Life 24 hours. 15g packet.

• Suggested Operating Temperature: < 300 °C (Intermittent); < 572°F
