EPO-TEK® 353NDT Heat Cure, 2-Part Epoxy, Premixed and Frozen, 2.87cc in a 3cc Automatic Syringe
EPO-TEK® 353ND-T High-Temperature Epoxy is a two component, highly thixotropic epoxy with non-flowing properties and high temperature resistance. Suitable for fiber optic and circuit assembly applications. Available in a 3cc automatic epoxy syringe.
Features of 353ND-T:
- Amber color changes upon proper curing for easy visual ID and inspection.
- Pot Life: 3 Hours
- Recommended for bonding metals, glass, ceramics and many types of plastic
- High temperature adhesive for hybrids and medical devices; it can withstand temperatures within the 300°C range for long periods of time
- Recommended Cure: 150°C / 1 Hour
