The EPO-TEK® 360 Epoxy is a two-component, high-temperature epoxy for semiconductor, electronics, and fiber optic applications.4 gram packet.

Features:

• Color changes from clear to amber when cured properly
• Pot Life: 6 hours
• Unfilled epoxy resin allows for % transmission in the VIS and NIR to be realized.
• Recommended Cure: 150°C / 1 Hour

• Suggested Operating Temperature: < 300 °C (Intermittent); < 572°F
