EPO-TEK® 383ND Heat Cure Epoxy, Extended Working Life, 2-Part Epoxy, 4 Gram Packet

Extended Pot Life 8 hours

The EPO-TEK® 383ND Epoxy is a two-component, high-temperature, electrically and thermally insulating epoxy. It is designed as a longer pot life version of EPO-TEK 353ND. This 100% heat-cured epoxy is formulated for bonding glass, ceramic, and metals. 4 gram packet.

Features:

Pot Life: 8 Hours
Color changes from clear to dark amber when cured properly.
Recommended Cure: 150°C / 1 Hour

Viscosity (23°C): 3,500 - 6,000 cPs
Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: ≥ 100°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 212°F (degree Fahrenheit)

- Below Tg: 34 x 10^-6 in/in°C
- Above Tg: 129 x 10^-6 in/in°C
Shore D Hardness: 88
Suggested Operating Temperature: < 350°C (Intermittent); < 662°F
Particle Size: ≤ 20 microns

Optical Properties:

Spectral Transmission: > 90% @ 520-1660 nm
Refractive Index (uncured): 1.5715 @ 589 nm
