EPO-TEK® HYB-353ND-HV High Temperature Epoxy, High Viscosity, Hybrid UV & Heat Cure, Single component, Premixed and Frozen in a 3cc syringe
The EPO-TEK® HYB-353ND-HV High Viscosity Epoxy is a single-component, high-temperature epoxy for semiconductor, hybrid, and fiber optic applications. It is formulated to deliver similar cured performance to EPO-TEK® 353ND, with modifications that allow for initial UV tacking. This product is a higher viscosity version of EPO-TEK HYB-353ND. Recommended Cure: Initial Tack 100mW/cm2 for 10 seconds @ 240-365 nm + 150°C (302°F)/30 Minutes Thermal Cure. Available in a 3cc syringe.
