EPO-TEK® HYB-353ND, Hybrid UV & Heat Cure, High Temperature, 2-Part Epoxy, Premixed and Frozen, 2.87cc in a 3cc Automatic Syringe
The EPO-TEK® HYB-353ND Epoxy is a single component, high temperature epoxy for semiconductor, fiber optic and medical applications. It is designed to have similar cured performance to EPO-TEK 353ND; modified to allow for initial UV tacking. Pot Life: < 2 Hours. 3cc automatic epoxy syringe.

  • Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: ≥ 100°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 212°F (degree Fahrenheit)
  • Shore D Hardness: 78
  • Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
    • Below Tg: 78 x 10-6 in/in°C
    • Above Tg: 138 x 10-6 in/in°C
  • Suggested Operating Temperature: < 350 °C (Intermittent); < 662°F
Optical Properties:
  • Spectral Transmission:
    • ≥ 50% @ 550nm
    • ≥ 95% @ 1,100-1,600nm
