The EPO-TEK® OD2002 High Temperature Epoxy is a two component, thermally and electrically insulating, optical epoxy. Designed as a high Tg epoxy yet still compliant alternative to EPO-TEK® 353ND. Suggested for fiber optic, hybrids and optoelectronics packaging applications. 2.5 Gram Packet.

  • Highly autoclave resistant; bonded devices rated to 1000 autoclave cycles.
  • Recommended Cure: 150°C / 1 Hour
  • Pot life: 4 Hours

  • Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: ≥ 140°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 284°F (degree Fahrenheit)

    • Below Tg: 45 x 10-6 in/in°C
    • Above Tg: 187 x 10-6 in/in°C
  • Suggested Operating Temperature: < 350 °C (Intermittent); < 662°F
