EPO-TEK® OG603 Low Viscosity Epoxy, UV Cure (3cc Syringe)

The EPO-TEK® OG603 Low Viscosity Epoxy is a single component, UV cure epoxy designed for curing in seconds. It is an all-purpose, general adhesive for optical applications including fiber optic components, DVD, medical, and PCB level electro-optics. It can also be used for sealing and coating applications. 3cc epoxy syringe.

• Consistency: Pourable liquid
• Viscosity (23°C): 150-250 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: ≥ 70°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 158°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Shore D Hardness: 84
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
  • Below Tg: 69 x 10^-6 in/in°C
  • Above Tg: 170 x 10^-6 in/in°C
• Suggested Operating Temperature: < 300 °C (Intermittent); < 572°F  

Optical Properties:

• Spectral Transmission: ≥ 98% @ 420-1600 nm
• Refractive Index (uncured): 1.4734 @589 nm
• Refractive Index (cured): 1.5037 @589 nm
