EPO-TEK® OM125 High Tg, Heat Cure, 2-Part Fiber Optic Epoxy, 8oz Kit
The EPO-TEK® OM125 Fiber Optic Epoxy is a two-component, high-Tg optical epoxy designed for bonding multi-mode fiber optic connectors. Recommended Cure: 80°C (176°F) for 1 Hour. Available in an 8oz kit.

  • Pot life: < 1 Hour
  • Color-coded blue for easy operator identification on the manufacturing floor
  • Reliability test report available for use with MM fibers and MT ferrule connectors
  • Compatible with Telcordia GR-1221 and GR-326
  • Versaitlity in curing from 23°C (73.4°F) to 80°C (176°F)
  • Low viscosity allows wicking and capillary-based processes; suitable for potting and encapsulation

  • Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): ≥ 80°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 176°F (degree Fahrenheit)

    • Above Tg: 114 × 10⁻⁶ in/in °C
  • Shore D Hardness: 81
  • Suggested Operating Temperature: < 275 °C (Intermittent); < 527°F

    • > 96% @ 1500 nm
    • > 98% @ 1000 nm
