We are committed to your success and stand behind the quality of our equipment, installation, and training.
If, after equipment installation and completion of initial process training, you determine that the equipment is not suitable for your intended application, you may request to return it under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- The return request must be made in writing within 30 calendar day window that begins at time of installation completion.
- Fiber Optic Center equipment installation can include training and if there are concerns, a troubleshooting phase of time. Upon completion of all three phases under the definition of installation, the thirty-day window begins.
- The equipment must be in substantially the same condition as installed, without excessive wear, damage, modification, or misuse.
- The equipment must not have been used for extended production runs or commercial-scale operations beyond reasonable evaluation and testing.
Non-Eligibility
- Returns will not be accepted:
- After the 30-day window as described above.
- If the equipment shows significant operational wear, alteration, or misuse.
- If the equipment has been integrated into permanent production systems in a way that prevents return in original condition.
Refund Terms
- Approved returns are subject to inspection.
- Shipping, installation, and training costs may be non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and proper packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
