IFO Plastic Optical Fiber and Cable Cutter

IF-FC1

IFO Professional Plastic Fiber Cutter with 5 razor blades, instruction guide and fiber section chart
The Industrial Fiber Optics (IFO) Plastic Optical Fiber and Cable Cutter is an easy-to-use tool that creates clean, precise cuts on plastic optical fiber and cable. Simply insert the fiber and press down on the blade for a perfect cut every time. It uses standard single-edge razor blades that are quick to replace with just one screw. Each blade lasts for at least 50 cuts on simplex communication fiber.

Features:

  • Six aperture sizes to fit the most popular fiber dimensions:
    • 0.75 mm and 1.0 mm simplex and duplex jacketed fibers
    • 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0 mm bare fibers
  • Supports 16-, 32-, 48-, and 64-fiber light guides
  • Special design splits 1.0 mm core duplex fiber jackets precisely in half during insertion, eliminating extra steps and reducing the risk of damaging fiber cladding.
  • Durable aluminum cutter body with bright blue anodized coating for long-lasting use.
  • Precisely machined to hold fiber and blade at right angles for ideal, consistent cuts.

Product Includes:

  • Fiber cutter body
  • Five “Extra KEEN” razor blades
  • Instruction guide with aperture and fiber selection chart
