The Jetting VO HD Fiber Blowing Machine is a compact, electrically operated tool designed for efficient fiber optic cable installation in FTTX environments. Optimized for blown fiber (EPFU) and micro/nano cables ranging from 0.8 to 6.5 mm (0.03 – 0.25 inches), it accommodates ducts sized 3 to 16 mm (0.12 – 0.63 inches). Powered by a 200 N motor, the machine combines advanced digital control with soft-start functionality, electronic stopping/slipping protection, and adjustable clamping force to ensure reliable, safe operation. Its versatile design enables installation in larger ducts using smaller compressors and allows for easy operation directly from a worktable with the included table bracket.
With real-time performance monitoring, the Jetting VO HD provides a display that shows speed, distance, pushing force, pressure, and duct air temperature. Memory functions retain user-defined settings, such as pushing force, even when powered off or after battery replacement. Additionally, the machine tracks total mileage and operational history for service and maintenance planning.
