Ripley® Miller ACS Heavy-Duty & Armored Cable Slitter (8 mm - 28.6 mm)
ACS
The ACS cable slitter is compatible with a wide cable diameter range and can be adjusted to a cutting depth of up to 0.215” (5.5 mm), making it ideal for fiber optic technicians working on a variety of cable types in the field.
Features:
- Slits armored fiber cables, including fiber feeder, central tube, and stranded loose tube designs
- Cuts both the outer polyethylene jacket and armor in one step using a guide wheel for stability
- Performs longitudinal slitting and circumferential (ringing) stripping for cable ends
- Optional red guide wheel allows compatibility with smaller diameter cables (sold separately)
