Schleuniger PullTester 25 Pull Force Testing Device with standard 12 position terminal holder.
The PullTester 25 is a dual-range, motorized benchtop device for measuring pull forces of crimp connections as well as ultrasonic metal welding connections on a broader range of wires than single-range pull test devices.
The measured values are indispensable parameters for quality control and assurance (e.g. IEC 60352-2 standard). Certain standards require measuring at the maximum measured force (destructive test).
The versatile PullTester 25 has two measuring ranges which are individually calibrated enabling the use of its 110 lb. (500 N) scale for small wires, while easily switching to its 220 lb. (1000 N) scale for larger wires. This dual-range capability ensures the highest accuracy for the widest range of applications.
The standard 12 position terminal holder accommodates a wide variety of terminals to suit most applications, however, a variety of terminal holders are available upon request.
