The Seikoh Giken SFP-550 IPC APC Conical Ferrule Holder is designed to securely and precisely hold 2.5mm ferrules (SC and FC connectors) with a 1.3mm flange thickness in place during polishing. The holder accommodates up to 18 ferrules at once and is tailored for polishing ferrules with a 35° chamfer angle. It is compatible with Seikoh Giken SFP-550 Fiber Optic Polishing Machines, ensuring consistent results for demanding applications.
The Independent Pressure Control (IPC) technology applies even pressure to each ferrule, regardless of its protrusion length, ensuring stable, high-quality output. Unlike most ferrule holders that require connectors to be placed symmetrically for even polishing, the IPC plate delivers consistent results even when ferrules are placed randomly.
