Seikoh Giken SFP-560A3 Mass Production Fiber Optic Polishing Machine

SFP-560A3

Seikoh Giken SFP-560A3 Series Programmable Production Polishing Machine with Pneumatic Dynamic Pressure Control, Consumable Input and Networking Capabilities.

**RUBBER PADS AND GLASS PLATES SOLD SEPARATELY AND REQUIRED FOR OPERATION**
Seikoh Giken’s SFP-560A3 High Standard, Mass Production Polishing Machine provides high-volume fiber optic connector assemblers with an ultra-ruggedized polisher for 24/7/365 operation. With its mechanical durability, low operational costs and reduced maintenance requirements, the polisher offers near-zero downtime for maximum return on investment. The unique Dynamic Pressure Control technology offers a mass production platform incorporating highly stable, widely variable precision pressure control to the polishing Turntable. The pressure is applied from the bottom to the top.

Features
  • Dynamic Pressure Control: Pneumatic, pressurized turntable that pressurizes from the bottom to the top for multi-fiber, arrays, and waveguides.
  • Consumables Information Input: Entry of lapping film, pad, and liquid information via barcode scanner and touch panel, managing film service life.
  • "Add Time" Feature: Manages polishing time based on usage, providing more uniform geometry and extending film usage.
  • Polishing Options: Pressure ramp-up and fixed height mode are available for each polishing step.
  • Wide Speed Adjustment Range: 10-200 rpm.
  • Network Connection: Supports Modbus TCP/IP.

The Seikoh Giken SFP-560A3 Mass Production Fiber Optic Polishing Machine will be at the following trade show(s)*:
