Micro Electronics Soft-Strip® MS-4T-E Thermal Fiber Stripper for 125/250µm Coated Fiber

The Micro Electronics MS-4T-E Soft-Strip® Fiber Optic Thermal Stripping Tool removes buffered fiber up to 900µm by using integral heating elements to soften coatings and insulations such as Mylene, Kapton, Teflon, PVC, and Hytrel. Heating before removal allows single-fiber stripping of these tough coatings with less than 1 lb of pulling force, preventing fiber damage and ensuring higher-quality splices and connections.

The patented non-nicking Soft-Strip® system delivers fast, repeatable results. Each tool includes a mini heater oven and uses the same interchangeable blade design as Micro Electronics’ non-thermal models. Both the heater oven and blades are replaceable, making the system versatile and cost-effective.
