Splice Tech High Temp Fusion Protection Sleeve, 40mm, 900um, 2.3mm

Splice Tech has designed a series of high-temperature splice sleeves. These products also became suitable for other “harsh environment” high-reliability applications. They’re currently offered in production quantities our Single Fiber series in 40 & 60mm lengths. Three single fiber versions are currently available, two with stainless steel strength members, and one with a quartz strength member for dielectric requirements. All will accommodate fiber diameters of up to 1.4mm with after-shrink diameters of 2.3mm & 2.2mm for the stainless steel strength member versions, and 2.6mm for the dielectric version.

We have also released our Ribbon Fiber series for two through twelve fiber ribbon in 30 & 40mm lengths. The after-shrink diameter is 4.9 X 4.4mm and utilizes clear glass strength members for full fiber viewing during and after splicing.
