    Cleaning Wipes Matrix for Field Environments

    Contamination from dust, oils, and residues can impact performance and cleanliness across fiber optic networks, electronics, and sensitive components. Fiber Optic Center offers a range of cleaning wipe solutions for fast, reliable cleaning of connectors, cables, equipment, and work areas in field environments, including fiber optic network installation, maintenance, and repair.

    These solutions include tear-resistant, anti-static, and lint-free wipes, with many options pre-saturated with IPA or specialty solvents for effective, residue-free cleaning in the field. Common uses include ferrule and fiber optic connector cleaning, bare fiber preparation for splicing, removal of cable gels and water-blocking compounds (Icky Pic), and maintaining electronics, tools, and work surfaces.
