The least expensive Fujikura cleaver, the CT-02 is designed to cleave multimode fibers, to cleave fibers for mechanical splicing, and to cleave fibers for temporary termination. Two models are available providing different cleave lengths. The CT-02 is not recommended for cleaving single-mode fibers prior to fusion splicing.
