Light Brigade is expanding their fiber skills training capability, with two additional academies on the East Coast. Joining parent company, Hexatronic US at newly established Marketing & Sales office in Charlotte, NC, Light Brigade announces the grand opening of a new facility early February 2023. Further, Light Brigade will offer Blown Fiber training courses starting May 2023 in Clinton, SC.
"We are excited to open our third of many Light Brigade Training Academies, across the US and our first blown fiber academy, offering air blown fiber machine use, aerial fiber and in-ground fiber solution training" stated Martin Lee, CEO of Light Brigade.
To maintain with the high demand and fast-paced growth of the Fiber Optic Industry, Light Brigade continues to expand its training courses and venues. An academy strategically located in the East Coast, enables Light Brigade to offer the industry a set location with an array of classes, critical to a labor force of up-and-coming as well as seasoned technicians.
For 36 years Light Brigade has offered worldwide, state-of-the-art, in-person and instructor-led, accredited fiber optic training courses for industry professionals.
To date, Light Brigade has two main Training Academies, one located within Light Brigade Headquarters in Kent, Washington as well as Dallas, Texas. Ongoing plans in progress to open further Training Academies in 2023 and beyond.
The vision behind these Training Academies for Light Brigade is to expand their training courses, offering students the best training experience by providing real-world simulations within each classroom.
The Light Brigade Charlotte Training Academy will offer Entry Level and Advanced Fiber Optic Skills Training. Students will encounter an immersive training experience that will undoubtedly enrich their understanding of fiber optic OSP, FTTx and Data Center applications.
The Clinton facility will commence courses on blown fiber machine training, followed by comprehensive blown fiber system training. Both will offer practical, hands-on training at our aerial and in-ground fiber track installations, representing real world scenarios.
