Training: How to Load a Syringe

See step-by-step instructions on how to load a syringe with epoxy.

  1. Place the Cap at the end of the syringe to contain the epoxy
  2. Using a syringe holder helps keep the syringe stable as the epoxy is loaded into the syringe
  3. Push the epoxy to one side of the bi-pack and place the clip back on the package
  4. Push the epoxy away from the corner.
  5. Cut off the corner of the epoxy bi-pack.
  6. Align the cut corner of the bi-pack above the syringe and carefully squeeze out the epoxy.
  7. Insert a stopper cap to the back of the syringe.
  8. The syringe is now ready to be put into the centrifuge to remove bubbles.
