Epo-Tek® ET353ND Heat Cure Epoxy (8oz)

ET353ND-8OZ
Epo-Tek® 353ND Heat Cure, 2-Part Epoxy, 8 Oz Kit
EPO-TEK® 353ND is a two-component, high-temperature epoxy specifically engineered for semiconductor, hybrid, fiber optic, and medical applications. While designed for continuous operation at 200°C, this heat cure epoxy can withstand temperatures ranging from 300°C to 400°C for several hours. Its excellent resistance to various solvents and chemicals makes it an ideal choice for bonding fiber optics, glass, ceramics, and most plastics.

EPOTEK 353ND is primarily recommended for thin and thick film applications. For applications requiring extra thick sections, it is advisable to gel the system at room temperature or slightly above, followed by a brief post-cure at elevated temperatures.
