The Covestro DeSolite® DS-2900 is a secondary coating designed for use in conjunction with DeSolite® DP-1900 or DeSolite DP-1200 for high-end telecom fiber optic cable coatings systems including G.654.E applications.
DeSolite secondary coatings ensure the best economy of high-speed production and superior fiber attenuation performance. In addition to excellent microbending performance, they deliver high reliability in extreme temperatures, advanced mechanical properties and faster fiber draw speed with less Helium and energy consumption.
