Fiber Optic Ringing Tools
Fiber optic ringing tools are designed to make precise, circular ring cuts in the outer jacket of fiber optic cables. Proper blade depth allows technicians to safely remove sections of cable jacket or buffer tubing while reducing the risk of damaging the fibers inside. Ringing tools are commonly used for mid-span access, cable breakout, and fiber splice preparation in outside plant (OSP) and indoor fiber optic installations.
