Jonard Tools® MS-306 Mid-Span Cable Slitter & Ring Tool (1.2mm-3.3mm)

The Jonard Tools^® MS-306 Fiber Optic Mid Span Slit and Ring Tool for 1.2mm to 3.3mm cables is designed to open fiber cable jackets and loose buffer tubes, providing easy access to fibers without damage. One side of the tool slits the jackets and buffer tube, while the opposite side performs ring cuts for quick and precise mid-span access.

• Six cable groove sizes:
  • 1.2mm–1.5 mm (0.05"–0.06")
  • 1.5mm–1.8 mm (0.06"–0.07")
  • 1.8mm–2.1 mm (0.07"–0.08")
  • 2.1mm–2.5 mm (0.08"–0.10")
  • 2.5mm–2.9 mm (0.10"–0.11")
  • 2.9mm–3.3 mm (0.11"–0.13")
• Consists of 6 precision cable slitting grooves and 6 precision ring grooves ranging from 1.2 mm to 3.3 mm (0.05"–0.13")
• One side performs radial/ring cuts, and the other side makes longitudinal slits
• Compact, lightweight design (under 2.5 oz) with a tethering hole for portability and use in tight spaces
• Indicator line on top of the unit shows blade position for accurate slitting and ringing
