Covestro DeSolite® DP-1021 Primary Optical Fiber Coating, UV Cure (10 kg)

The Covestro DeSolite^® DP-1021 is a primary optical fiber coating for multi-mode applications. It was designed for faster processing speeds and lower attenuation as compared to the previous generation multi-mode primary optical coatings. Available in a 10 kg bottle.

Cured Coating Characteristics (Tested at 23°C, 50% R.H.)

• Segment modulus, 2.5% strain: 0.70 MPa
• Elongation: 225%
• Tensile strength: 0.6 MPa
• Refractive Index: 1.487

Cured Coating Characteristics (Tested at <1% R.H.)

• Glass Transition Temperature Range, Tg: -57°C at E’ _{1000 MPa}
• Glass Transition Temperature Range, Tg: -45°C at E’ _{100 MPa}
