Broadcom Plastic Fiber Accessories - Polishing Kit (Includes polishing fixture, 600 grit abrasive paper and 3um pink lapping film)
The Broadcom Polishing Kit (HFBR‑4593Z) provides all the components needed to finish terminated Versatile Link or plastic optical fiber (POF) connectors. The included fixture holds the fiber optic connector while 600‑grit abrasive paper removes excess fiber. Fine polishing is performed with the 3 µm pink lapping film, producing smooth, flush endfaces for reliable optical performance.
Polishing Kit includes:
- Fiber polishing puck
- (2) 600-grit abrasive papers
- (2) 3 µm pink lapping films
