ÅngströmBond® AB9028 High Tg Adhesive, UV Cure (3cc Syringe)

The ÅngströmBond AB9028 UV Cure Optical Adhesive offers a very high glass transition temperature and exceptionally low shrinkage, making it ideal for bonding optical fibers into V-grooves. Available in a 3cc adhesive manual syringe.

• Cure Shrinkage: < 0.5%

• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
  • Below Tg: 42 x 10^-6 in/in°C
  • Above Tg: 86 x 10^-6 in/in°C
• Weight Loss / Outgassing: 0.1% @ 125°C, 120 Hr
• Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to 200°C (-67°F to 392°F)
• Refractive index: 1.57

Handling Characteristics:

• Cure Schedule: 150 mW/cm² - 30-50 sec @300 to 500 nm
  • Post cure at 80°C for 60min recommended
